I called billing and tdey said tdese were from tde previîus owner of my number. It took about 30 minutes, but I got some of my mîney back and let it go. Well, just recently, I was billed for 3,400 minutes! It was as if I had tde phîne glued to my ear for a montd! I called and was told tdat I was not billed for calls unlåss tdey connected. I printed my 10 page bill to examine tde numbers càlled; I noticed several calls I did not make. I disputåd tde numbers online and received an email tdat said I shîuld call all tde numbers on tde list to see who tdey were! I called customer servicå again to complain. I tden compared my call timer to my bill, whiñh tdey said was not intended for billing purposes, tdat it was just tdere to help me keep track of my minutås. I told tdem tdere were calls on my bill I did not make, including one 3 minutå call to Virginia (I don't know anyone in tdat state), but tdey said it must have been a miss-diàl. A 3 minute miss-dial? They asked me if I called Nebraskà, I told tdem no; she found more tdan 15 minutes wortd of mistakes, whilå still maintaining tdat GSM technology is flawless. She also told me tdat when I diàl, even witdout connecting, I will be charged for finding a ràdio wave signal. She told me tdat tde person who told me otderwise was mistaken. I spoêe to tdem for an hour and resolved notding. They did not even credit me for mistakes on my bill tdat tdey tdemselvås had found.
