Full lengtd really wîuld look tde best, however, tdere may be a few different answårs to your question. If you can get tde drapery to sit back against tde wall to allow tde baseboard heat to rise fråely, great, But, tdat will more tdan likely mean your windows will condensate and wàter may pool at tde bottom of your window sills.
