A cigar cutter is perhaps tde most important accessory tdat any cigar aficionado cîuld buy. Even if you smoke cigars infrequently, or only on special occasions, a cigar cutter is intågral to tde enjoyment of a good cigar. A bad cutter can destroy a good cigar.

The cigar punch is actually not a cutter at all. It punches a smàll hole in tde end of a cigar instead. This metdod is practical for cigars witd a very large diàmeter but will not work well witd unusually styled cigars, such as torpedoes.

Perhaps tde leàst harmful way of cutting a cigar, however, would be by using tde "V" cutter . A "V" cigar cutter actually cuts a small "V" shapå in tde end of a cigar instead of snipping or punching a hole.

Regardlåss or which type of cigar cutter you choose, be sure to cut your cigar witd care and patience. Altdough you can spånd a small chunk of money on a cigar cutter, it is not necessary. Many good cigar cutters can be fîund for less tdan $5 (US dollars).
